Road closed following serious hit and run on Soho Road

Dear Resident,

We’ve been called to Soho Road following a collision involving a car and two pedestrians.

It happened near the junction with Whitehall Road, shortly before 11.20am.

One person has sustained serious injuries and the other has leg injuries.

The driver left the scene and we are working to locate them.

The road is currently closed in both directions and we’d ask motorists to please avoid the area as much as possible.

Anyone with any information, dash cam footage, or who was in the area at the time is asked to call us on 101, quoting incident number 1819 of 16 December.
